2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, access credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete their project.
Clients must ensure that materials supplied to BreederBoost are owned by them or that they have permission to use them.
Delays in providing content, feedback, access, or approvals may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
Prices and payment schedules will be communicated before or during engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin after the required initial payment has been received. Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Recurring services or subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the selected plan.
4. Website Projects
Website designs may include reasonable revisions according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
Project completion dates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.
BreederBoost is not responsible for delays caused by clients, third-party providers, hosting companies, domain registrars, software vendors, APIs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. SEO, AEO, GEO & Digital Marketing
BreederBoost uses professional strategies intended to improve online visibility and performance. However, search engines, AI platforms, advertising platforms, and social networks are controlled by third parties.
We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, AI citations, search-engine positions, or advertising results.
Search algorithms and platform policies can change without notice and may affect results.
6. BreederBoost Software
Users of BreederBoost software are responsible for maintaining accurate information within their accounts and for using the platform lawfully.
Software features may be updated, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the platform develops.
We aim to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
7. Third-Party Services
Our websites and services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, social networks, plugins, APIs, or other software.
BreederBoost is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss, pricing changes, suspensions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Upon full payment, clients may receive rights to use or own website-specific designs and content created specifically for their project, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.
BreederBoost may display completed client work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
9. Breeder Content & Responsibility
BreederBoost provides digital services and technology but does not independently verify every statement made by breeders regarding dogs, pedigrees, health testing, registrations, breeding practices, puppy availability, or other business information.
Breeders remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they publish and for compliance with applicable animal welfare, breeding, advertising, consumer protection, and other laws.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the amount of work already completed.
Payments for work already performed, third-party purchases, domains, hosting, licenses, advertising expenditure, custom development, and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.
Subscription cancellation terms may vary according to the selected plan.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BreederBoost will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, search rankings, leads, data, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not use BreederBoost services or software for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
